If it is off by an hour or so, it may be displaying an incorrect time zone. This is something you can easily update by navigating to your TransitBox settings, following these steps:
1. Access the home screen by plugging in any USB keyboard or mouse.
2. From the home screen, select Settings and then the tab labeled Date & Time.
3. Select the proper time zone.
If it is off by a couple of minutes, also make sure the Automatic Date & Time box is checked.
However, if you notice that the screen is frozen on a date and time that is incorrect or the transit information is not updating, please do a reboot of the device by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plugging back in.
