If you are able to pull up your TransitScreen URL on another device other than the TransitBox itself, then the problem is likely a firewall. Firewalls are used on networks to prevent certain sites from coming through — if you have a particularly secure network, you may need to contact your network administrator to have them whitelist/unblock the ports/URLs listed below:
Ports 80 and 443 (HTTP and HTTPS)
Port 9494 (used by Cenique CDMS)
Port 9449 (used by Cenique CDMS)
